What to Expect:

Dr. Weaver will be in touch by phone or email to understand what you are looking for and a contract will be sent for signing.

Once the contract is agreed on and signed, requests for relief can be made via email or online.
Requests will be confirmed by no later than 1 month prior (though typically dates are planned quarterly) to the date requested.
A confirmation email will be sent with dates that can be accommodated.
